Flourish Cafe is New Zealand’s first training cafe, specifically established to support young adults with intellectual or learning differences to become work-ready.
Owned by local charity Project Employ, Flourish Cafe is a welcoming, relaxed cafe serving delicious coffee and grab & go food items.
By choosing to visit Flourish Cafe, our customers know they are making a real difference to the lives of Project Employ trainees.
Your order may sometimes take a few extra minutes, but each and every customer receives gold start service from our trainees, so please be patient and enjoy the unique experience of Flourish Cafe.
