Our customer-centric approach includes a flexible and agile organisational structure with strong trade marketing and sales services, supported by advanced technologies. We provide joint business planning, and exclusive distribution for P&G products and several other key FMCG vendor brands in New Zealand.
We have all-round key competency in the FMCG Supermarket, Wholesale and Mass merchandiser channels as well as a very strong operating model in the New Zealand Pharmacy channel representing our category leading brands. Diplomat NZ has recently started supplying to the Home Improvement channel as we diversify into new channels, as well as focusing on new vendors that have products that have the “right to win” in our market.
As market coverage continues to expand in New Zealand, more FMCG vendor brands are being added to our portfolio including Lotus Biscoff, Cirio, Bear, Blue Frog and Duracell, further demonstrating our ability to successfully represent brands exclusively throughout New Zealand.
