How do I get an entry code?
Simply shop in any participating RETAIL store in Takapuna (a list of participating businesses can be found above), and spend over $20 in one purchase.
Where do I find my code on my shopping receipt?
Your code is not on the receipt you receive from the shop. You should be given a piece of card (like a business card) that has a unique code on it, plus the details on how to enter the competition. If you do not receive a card, take your receipt back to the store and ask the staff for one. All participating businesses should have been given a stack of entry codes to hand out. If they don’t, or they’ve run out, just email us here and we can give you a code.
I made a purchase in a participating store, but didn’t get an entry code?

How many times can I enter the competition?
As many times as you like! You just need to have a made a purchase over $20 per entry i.e. if you spend $50 in Just Jeans, you should receive one entry code. Then you can also spend $60 in Retrospace, and receive another entry code. That gives you 2x entries – so the more you shop, the more entries you receive!
Where do I enter my code?
Right here on our website! You can enter online here, OR you can take your entry code and fill out a physical entry form at Shore City Customer Service (level 2, at the top of the escalator by the food court). The card with your entry code on it will have a QR code that you can use your phone’s camera to scan and it will take you directly to the online entry form.
Why does the website say my code is invalid?
This could be a couple of things! First – check the code itself. Sometimes the number ones can be mistaken for a capital ‘i’, or zero’s for ‘o’, and so on. Secondly, you could have already successfully entered the code, but just missed the success message – if you think this has happened, just email us and we can check for you.
