WIN a Takapuna Date Night at the Movies!

As we head in to the cooler months of the year, we know it can be a little harder to find the motivation to go out – so we thought we’d make it easier and give away some FREE movie dates!

We’re teaming up with the wonderful crew at Takapuna Beachside Cinema to give away a cinema’s-worth of double-passes (100 tickets! 😮) to one of FOUR movie screenings!

All you need to do is REGISTER BELOW for the ballot, and you’re in the draw!

There will be FOUR movie screenings, and and a new ballot will open for each individual screening.

Recipients will be drawn at random the Friday before the movie date. If you’re a lucky recipient – we ask that you please head out for dinner or a bite to eat at a local Takapuna Beach eatery first, then show your receipt from the same night at the cinema to claim your double-pass.

Cinema will open at 8.15pm, and all movies will start promptly at 8.30pm.

How to enter:

1. Complete a ballot entry via the link above (when it’s open)
2. If you receive an email saying you’re a recipient, reply and confirm you can attend the date and time specified.
3. On the date, head out for dinner or a bite to eat at one of the local Takapuna Beach eateries – and keep your receipt!
4. Arrive at Takapuna Beachside Cinema and show your dining receipt at the registration table to claim your tickets.
   • please arrive around 8pm to ensure you have plenty of time
5. Grab any sweets, snacks, drinks from the counter or bar
6. Enjoy your movie!

Terms and Conditions

• By entering, you agree to be added to the I Love Takapuna and Takapuna Beachside Cinema e-newsletters (you can unsubscribe from these at any time).
• This event is funded by local Takapuna Beach businesses – please show your thanks by supporting them however you can!
• Ballot entries will be drawn at random, the Friday before the movie date, and recipients will be notified via email.
• Only ONE ballot entry per person, per movie date is permitted.
• The same person is permitted to enter the ballot for all movie dates. (i.e. John Smith can enter once only, for each individual movie ballot).
• Dates and show times of all movies are set and final – tickets cannot be changed for another time/date.
• If successful, the tickets cannot be swapped, changed, redeemed for cash.
• All successful entries will receive: one double-pass to the indicated movie, each.
• ALL fields must be completed accurately to be considered a valid entry.
• Personal information and details will be kept secured, private, and will not be shared with any third-party.
• Successful entrants are required to show a recent from a local Takapuna Beach hospitality business in order to claim their free double-pass on the night.
• Successful entries are required to respond to the email notification and confirm they can attend on the specified date. Reasonable attempts will be made to contact the recipient, but if no contact is received before Monday morning on the week of the screening, I Love Takapuna reserves the right to redraw another recipient.
