7.50AM – Traditional Vinyasa Yoga with Golden Yogi
A breath-led yoga practice. This class will focus on intelligent sequencing, therapeutic movement, and the deep connection between breath and body. With a strong, calm and grounded presence, you will be guided through challenging mindful flows that support healing, inner strength, and clarity – making the practice accessible, meditative and enlightening.
9AM – Mat Pilates with Les Mills New Zealand Takapuna
A mind-body workout designed to improve strength, mobility, and happiness. Slow, simple movements tone your abs, glutes, back, and hips. Expert guidance builds technique and control. Modern breathwork creates renewal and bliss. Traditional Pilates meets the Les Mills experience, leaving you feeling strong, uplifted, and calm.
10AM – Shapes with Les Mills New Zealand Takapuna
An invigorating blend of Pilates, sculpt, and power yoga set to modern beats. With small, controlled movements, you sculpt and strengthen all major muscle groups, improve alignment and increase flexibility. It’s a low impact but intense way to heat up your training.
11AM – ALLFIT Bodyweight Blitz
Fire up your whole body with a dynamic HIIT workout using just your own bodyweight—no equipment needed! Designed for all fitness levels, this session blends strength, cardio, and core moves to challenge you at your own pace. Get ready to sweat, burn, and feel amazing from head to toe with the ALLFIT Takapuna team!
12PM – MOVE by LSKD
All levels • No equipment • Just show up & move! Join Team LSKD in Takapuna for a fun, full-body 45 minute session designed to get you moving – no gear needed! We’ll start with 5-10 minutes of dynamic stretching and mobility to get you warmed up. Then we’ll dive into short, Tabata-style intervals using bodyweight movements to build strength, endurance, and mobility. This session is for everyone, with variations for all fitness levels, so you can go at your own pace, challenge yourself, and have a blast doing it. Come ready to sweat, move, and play because fitness should be fun and feel good!
1PM – Slow Flow with ROAM
Enjoy a blend of gentle movement and mindful stillness in our Slow Flow Yoga class. Tailored for beginners, this practice features a slower pace for longer holds, smooth transitions, and a nurturing experience.

All fitness levels and abilities are welcome at all of the classes, and no equipment is required. You’re welcome to bring a yoga mat and/or towel, as all classes will take place on the grass in the park – and obviously make sure you have something to keep you hydrated!
