The PaddleFit Basic class will introduce you to the sport of Stand Up Paddling (SUP). We will teach you the fundamentals of SUP in a fun and safe environment. You will need to be comfortable in the water as well as be able to swim. You do not need to have prior paddling experience to take this class.

Looking ahead to 2017 there will be the following new sessions to experience:
– Big SUP Day Out & SUP Bootcamp
– SUP Yoga
– Hobie Fitness
– FULL MOON
Night Paddles using the latest in technology LED lights you will glow while paddling under the moon and stars. No experience required.

In 2017 GGOTNZ has also introduced the brand new ‘HOBIE MIRAGE ECLIPSE’. Grab your mates and hire a Hobie or join a group Hobie fitness class – bringing your gym workout onto the water. It’s as easy as ‘stepping on and walking’ on the stable Hobie boards and so easy even your grand mother could do it!
We encourage girls of all levels to participate in social and competitive racing and team relays. This builds a sense of achievement and confidence. Great fun and support for the wider SUP community.
