During the building of the business, surveys were completed with a number of candidates and clients in order to identify what they wanted from a recruiter and just as importantly, what they didn’t want. A common theme arose that revolved around consultants not listening to the needs and wants of those they were representing. Also highlighted was a general indication of a lack of customer service. It is an appreciation of the importance of excellence in customer service that is the cornerstone of the Evolution Group business model. Also fundamental to the business is the pro-activity demonstrated on behalf of candidates.
